The Light Of His Presence!

Throughout the years as I have prayed and meditated on God’s word, one thing has be related to everything that I have come to a conclusion on… That is to be still and know that He is God! There is literally a scripture of just that in Psalm 46:10.

God, I found, is the type of Father that is loving, patient, faithful, unconditionally devoted, and holy. He is also divine, and absolute when it comes to what His position is with all of creation. He is not just a source, but THE source, of everything. I can hopefully speak for all of His children when I say that we are continuously seeking His will and presence in our lives. I find that I have not been able to truly experience happiness or achieve anything outside of what God has provided to me.

Reading today, I came across Ephesians 3:16-19. This is such a powerful reading in that it speaks about how we must be patient that someday we will get to experience the fullness of God’s love. That is so exciting to read! That reading is so motivating to me. Right now I know that I cannot experience that in its totality. My being couldn’t begin to take the intensity of that. When God sees that it is time, then He will bring me into His full presence. I speak on my behalf, however, I am excited for all of us. We will be able to experience this one day.

Imagine an endless experience of love, peace, joy, happiness, excitement, and any other exciting feeling imaginable all wrapped up into one unending experience. In that experience, there is no room for the negative feelings that we experience here in this life. I am excited for all of us because the kingdom of God is at hand! In the meantime, it doesn’t matter if we are broke financially with the bills stacking high.. It doesn’t matter if we aren’t the most popular person at work or in town.. It doesn’t matter if we have some prestigious position that gets a lot of clout.. What matters is that we are children of God and we are saved. Our time is coming. Just know even if we are that person struggling with any degree of difficulty or if we are sitting comfortably and luxuriously with all the money or status thinkable, we must REMAIN HUMBLE! We must know that it is all for a divine purpose. We must know that God is with us always! Through the good and the bad. If we are blessed with being rich and famous, use that to bless those who are in the position of the widow in the story of the Prophet Isaiah.

If we are the ones in the position of the widow, thank God for this opportunity to make a move in Faith when the opportunity presents itself. I can share with you that God has revealed that it is time for me to move on from the Military. I previously decided I was going to go at it a couple more years to max out my time and potentially get more experience. However, it wasn’t God’s plan. He revealed to me that He wanted me to retire and move to where my wife has her businesses at. Now, one would think how is this an issue? Well, my son has special needs and the particular area that I will be moving to does not have all the needs for my son there. Not to mention the requirements for me to meet my son’s needs does not match up with me getting a full time job. So…. There is a bit of anxiety attached with this decision. However, I come back to the key principle. That is making a move in faith. This is what I seen that God has done, so I know that God would not call on me to make a move if He did not have a divine purpose attached to it. Therefore, I trust His command of me, fully.

Going back to the title of this post…. All these things that seem to not tie together in our lives do tie together. Our God that we cannot endure seeing in His true form has a perfect plan for our lives. We get these things asked of us that sometimes makes no sense, but they really do. Once we have fulfilled everything God has for us to do, we move on from this life to experience His presence. Then it all makes sense to us! My life is for God. I cannot wait to be in the fullness of His presence.I love you all and thank you for taking the time to read this post God put on my heart to share.
